We want to prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through our collections. That’s why we’ve provided comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, which are listed below.

How long does it take to ship the shoes?
Please note that all shoes are custom made upon order.
Once a tracking number and shipping label are created the shoes will then go through production.
When they are complete the postal service selected will pick up the shoes and the tracking number will begin to update.
UK Shipping: 3-5 Days
International Shipping 2-3 Week

What is your return policy?
Each individual pair is handcrafted upon order.
Due to the nature of our custom shoes all sales are final.
If there is a defect with the item when it arrives, we will have a photo emailed to us to determine whether or not to have it shipped back to us and adjustments/refunds made.

Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed we then order the shoes from our vendors the next day.
There is a 24 hour window for us to cancel your order. After that the order cannot be cancelled as production of the shoe will have started.
